What we collect

We collect the personal details you give us when you book a pickup, visit a store or contact us: your name, phone number, delivery address and notes about your order. We use them to provide the laundry service, contact you about your order and keep our records.

Website logs

Our web server records standard request logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for system administration, troubleshooting and usage statistics. These logs are kept confidential and are only accessed by our administrators to investigate access problems or misconfigurations. Any published statistics are aggregated and never identify individuals.

Sharing

We do not sell or pass your information to third parties for marketing. We may share information with a third party or agency only when required to comply with a legal obligation.

WhatsApp and forms

The booking form on this site opens WhatsApp on your device with your details pre-filled. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp, and that message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Cookies

This public website sets no tracking cookies. Our staff application uses a login cookie that is needed for it to work.

Keeping your details accurate

To update or delete the details we hold about you, write to [email protected] or tell the staff at the store.
